 technology machines intended for mass production.

Posalux offers an innovative solution to the challenges that arise through working with glass in micro-     fabrication by introducing Spark Assisted Chemical Engraving (SACE). The principle behind SACE is  chemical local etching of glass. Micro and large holes with sharp edges as deep as 2mm, > 120 µm wide
and > 50 µm deep channels can be machined in a very flexible manner without burr, particle or micro-
 crack. No post process is needed.
